Orders must be received by 11:00 AM EST in order to be processed that day. Orders using ground shipping will arrive within 7 to 10 business days, following credit card authorization. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM EST will not be processed until Monday or the following business day.

We ship UPS, FedEx and also ship via USPS based on size and weight. All shipments are only to customers within the USA.

Once the item(s) ship the card will be charged via our secure server.

Our primary warehouses are located in Florida, Nevada and Texas, we never ship from China. Truemark also ships directly from our partner brands, never from a third party distributor. Product is always shipped using the quicket method of shipment to our customers.
